Return Policy

We do not offer exchanges or returns unless the item you received is defective or incorrect.

If you receive a defective or wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@areweawakestore.com, including your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once approved, store credit will be issued for the item(s) in question.

Please note:

• Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

• Store credit is valid for 1 year from the date of issue.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
